Everything about this place is awesome! There are so few places to get seafood in Fargo-Moorhead, so the bar isn't exactly high...but Deep Blue exceeds that bar and sets a new standard for any seafood-focused restaurant in the area. Food and service were awesome. This clam chowder is some of the best I've ever had. I could eat two bowls of it and call it a meal. Spectacular! Oh, and make sure to get some fresh fish to make at home, too!
Service was fast and very friendly. Prices were good. Shrimp cocktail was yummy. Fish and chips were the best I have had out of Britain.
I love this place!!!!! Moved here from San Diego three years ago and miss the fish market. This place felt like home!!!! Why did it take me so long to find you!!! Knowledgeable staff/owner! We ordered fish tacos and they were amazing. Only had enough fish for one order so substituted second order with another type.....was just as amazing. I seriously love this place and will be telling everyone I know!!!
Had the Buffalo Shark Bites. Never in my life have I had fish that melted in my mouth, so amazing. Deep Blue gets it right every time.
Thanks to my buddy wanting oysters for dinner we found Deep Blue Seafood. We had a great time. The waitress was hilarious and amazingly accommodating of my unusual food allergies. I had the shrimp tacos and they were fantastic. The cilantro lime sauce should be bottled and sold as a beverage. Thanks for a great meal to finish out our visit to Fargo. Should have taken pictures, but we were hungry and totally forgot.
This place is one of the best seafood restaurants I've ever had. For being a market it's such a great place to stop and eat. I cant get over the shark it's simply perfect. I would recommend any size of family for their dining area it's good for larger tables and small.
Fresh seafood place Doesn't use any middleman or seafood from muddy waters, only from small boats and family business. Service was quick. Decent prices. Generous servings. They have baskets, salads, success, spices, etc! Awesome rustic decor. A bit chilly in there while I ate. I highly suggest checking this place out. A great alternative to Red Lobster, even better.
